How does this work??? It is very easy...

• You create a quilt top and have chosen a backing
• Click "Book My Quilt" and I will send you a Quilt Intake Form or you can access it in the Resources section on the Home Page
• I contact you to discuss your amazing top and go over various options of Hobbs Batting (supplied at an additional cost), thread and quilt design
• You prep your top by Pressing and removing loose threads, mark the top if directional with painters tape or a safety pin, fold on the bias to reduce wrinkles
• Download my Longarm Quilting Checklist  to get the best results
• You mail me the top and backing (please send me the tracking number so I can monitor its progress to me)
•  I live in Ontario and my mailman loves bringing me packages as he gets to visit with my two French Bulldogs.   
• I will happily quilt your top and send a progress photo
• Once completed, I will send more photos to you 
• I will obtain a shipping quote and add to the invoice
• You pay the invoice and I pop your completed quilt back to you (with tracking information sent to you as well)

I recommend placing all your items in a waterproof bag.  Bags you can vacuum the air out of are great and will ensure nothing gets wet.  Outer packaging can be a box or a bag.  Purolator and Canada Post both come daily to my area and are a great local choice (for me anyways).  Choose whatever works for your local area.

Make sure everything is sealed tight.  Please email me the tracking number so I can also track its way to me.

More on Return Shipping

Your quilt will be returned by Canada Post Priority shipping with a tracking number and $100 of insurance included or by Purolator.  If you would like more insurance let me know and I will add it to your invoice.  

Your package will require a signature.  Couriers shipping timelines are out of my control, so make sure to plan ahead if this is for a special occasion or holiday gift giving. 

Payment

Quilts are not returned until payment is complete.  I do accept a variety of payment methods.
